BreezeSwap is a non-custodial crypto exchange service. You swap one cryptocurrency for another without creating an account, and the payout goes directly to your own wallet. Exchanges are executed by our liquidity partners.
No. You don't need to register, give an email address or create a password. Save your Exchange ID to track your order.
Identity verification is not required for most swaps, but our liquidity partners may request it at any time, for example if a deposit is flagged by automated risk screening or for residents of certain jurisdictions (including the EU, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Canada).
Our service fee is up to 0.4% and is already included in the exchange rate. There are no additional fees. Network fees for sending your payout are also included in the estimated amount. The only extra cost is the network fee your own wallet charges when you send the deposit.
No. The amount shown in the calculator already includes our fee and the payout network fee.
Only a fixed-rate quote is guaranteed, and only while its countdown is running and if you send exactly the quoted amount on the quoted network. With a floating rate, the final amount depends on the market rate when your deposit is confirmed. We do not guarantee that our rates are the lowest on the market.
Most exchanges complete in 5–30 minutes after your deposit is sent. Timing depends mainly on the blockchain's confirmation speed. Private Swaps usually take longer.

Limits depend on the pair and current liquidity. The calculator shows them before you create an exchange. Private Swaps have a higher minimum.
A Private Swap routes your exchange through an intermediate asset so the deposit and payout transactions are not directly linked on the blockchain. Funds are never pooled with other users' funds. It is not a mixer.
Contact support with your Exchange ID and transaction hash. If recovery is possible, it usually takes 14–30 business days. In some cases a recovery fee of up to $50 plus network fees is deducted. Some mistakes cannot be recovered.
To the refund address you entered when creating the exchange, or to an address you confirm with support. Network fees are deducted from the refund.
Deposits are checked by our partners' automated risk screening. If a deposit is flagged, the exchange is paused and the partner may ask for identity verification and the source of funds. Contact support with your Exchange ID.
The service is not available in several jurisdictions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, India and sanctioned countries. The full list is in our Terms of Service.
