Some coins (such as XRP, XLM, TON, ATOM, EOS and BNB on BNB Beacon Chain) use one shared address plus a memo, tag or Extra ID to identify the recipient.
- When receiving: if your wallet or exchange account shows a memo or tag, enter it in the Memo / Tag field. Without it, your exchange account may not credit the funds.
- When sending to us: if the order page shows a memo or tag for the deposit, you must include it in your transaction.
A deposit sent without a required memo can often be recovered, but only manually. See “I sent coins on the wrong network or without a memo”.
