Private Swap FAQ

You send coins to a one-time deposit address at the first exchange. They are converted to an intermediate asset, moved to a second, independent exchange and converted to the coin you want, which is then sent to your wallet. The first exchange never receives your payout address and the second never receives your deposit address.

No. It removes the direct on-chain link between your deposit and your payout, but it does not make transactions anonymous or untraceable, and it is not a mixer: funds are never pooled with other users. Deposits are still screened by our partners, and verification may be requested in some cases.

Because there are two exchanges and an extra on-chain transfer, a Private Swap usually takes longer than a standard swap and has a higher minimum amount. The calculator shows the estimated amount you receive with all fees already included.
