What does my order status mean?

Every status your order can show and what happens next.

Awaiting Deposit — we are waiting for your coins at the deposit address.
Confirming — your deposit was detected and is waiting for blockchain confirmations. How long depends on the network (Bitcoin is slower than TRON or Solana).
Exchanging — your coins are being exchanged.
Sending — the payout is being sent to your wallet.
Completed — the payout was sent. The outgoing transaction hash is shown on the order page.
Verifying / On hold — the deposit was flagged by automated risk screening and needs a review. See “Why is my exchange on hold?”.
Expired — no deposit arrived before the deposit window closed.
Refunded — the funds were returned to your refund or sending address.
Failed — the exchange could not be completed. Contact support with your Exchange ID.
