A refund may be issued if the exchange cannot be completed, for example if the amount is outside the limits, a fixed-rate order arrived late, or a review ended in a refund.
- Refunds go to the refund address you entered, or, if you did not enter one, to an address you confirm with support.
- Network fees for sending the refund are deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds are sent in the coin you deposited.
